Step 2. For new customers, without a BJT account: Visit http://support.bjtrailers.co.uk Now create an account and then login to post details of your parts requirement or an aftersales question. Registration is needed once only as your account will remain accessible to you at any time 24/7 in the future. Log in for updates, quotes and invoice documentation. This is now your communications hub direct to our aftersales team.

The customer online service is a facility where you can post pictures and documents to help support your enquiry. Keep in mind that a VIN number is often helpful, so let us have that if available. We often need to clarify specific details, so may have questions for you also.
